1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and placing bids on the Investera Hub platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. These terms apply to all registered investors, syndicates, and platform participants.
2. Investor Eligibility & KYC Verification
All investors must undergo identity verification via Government-issued National ID (NID), Passport, or valid Trade License. Phone number verification via one-time password (SMS OTP) is required prior to bid submissions.
3. Bidding & Fund Allocation
Submitting a bid on a business proposal constitutes a legally binding expression of interest to invest the specified capital amount. The platform administrators reserve the right to review, negotiate, accept, or reject bids based on project requirements and total capital limits.
4. Profit & Loss Sharing Mechanism
Investment returns are distributed strictly according to certified Sales & P&L statements periodically audited and uploaded by business management. Returns will be credited directly to the investor's digital wallet in accordance with agreed payout frequencies (Monthly, Quarterly, or Half-Yearly).
5. Platform Fees & Payouts
Wallet withdrawals to verified commercial bank accounts or mobile financial services (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) are processed within standard banking clearing timelines. Platform administration reserves the right to charge standard clearing gateway fees where applicable.
